If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item you purchased, we will provide you with a pre paid return shipping label and we will refund your money in FULL and including the original shipping fee you paid within 10 business days.
- If the return is made without using the return request form and without using our return labels, we would not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping fees you may pay.
- Pre-Paid return shipping label will be generated only from domestic (Continental U.S.) addresses.
- Domestic buyers will only receive refund for the purchase price and any economy shipping fee paid, please note that upgraded shipping fees including First Class, Priority, Expedited, or Overnights will not be refunded.
- International buyers are responsible to pay for the return postage and delivery confirmation.
- International buyers will only receive refund for the purchase price excluding any shipping fees.
- A return request should be filed and the item should be delivered back to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If the item is returned and delivered to us after 30 days and before 45 days of the purchase date, refund will be issued in form of store credit.
- Refunds will not be issued for items delivered to us after 45 days of the purchase date.
- We DO NOT charge restocking fees.
- Item should be returned back to us in original condition.
- Return is not available for custom orders (if the item is altered, modified or made just for you)
- Wholesale customers are not entitled to partial refund. Wholesale customers can still send the item back for exchange. Wholesale Returns can only be made in form of full refund and need to be initialed within 15 days of receiving the items.
